Returns Policy
From first glance, we hope our flowers are a reflection our time and love - and if you don't feel it, we want to know. We stand by our promise of delivering quality, stunning floral gifts and decor - from first glance, until the moment your flowers arrive at your door and we will work to make right any little hiccups along the way. If you aren't happy, we aren't either.
So, if you are considering a Refund, Exchange or Return, here are some things you should know:
1) For stock listing creations please contact us as soon as possible if your order was created by mistake. Once we start to create and dye your flowers, the order can no longer be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
2) For custom creations, orders may be cancelled or refunded up to the point where we start to create and dye your flowers. Once we start to create and dye your flowers, we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund the order after this process.

We package all of our flowers in tissue paper, generous amount of bubble wrap, double wall boxes for extra protection, and fragile stickers all around the box so the couriers know to handle with care. In rare cases where your package was poorly handled by the courier, please reach out to us first so we can help take care of you and make sure that we also file a claim with the courier.
Please keep in mind that our delicate flowers are made from organic, eco-friendly materials, including a soft, delicate sola wood, paper (book pages, music sheets, comics, etc), and we accent using faux/silk and dried/preserved naturals. The majority of our wood flowers are made from a delicate wood (think of a thin balsa wood versus a hardwood), so they are perfect for beautiful flowers! Each flower is unique and is not perfect! Our flowers WILL CONTAIN NATURAL OCCURRING CHARACTERISTICS, such as wood grains, wood chips (similar to "bark"), cracks and varied colors.
Any natural imperfections to the flowers are not eligible for replacement. We provide photos of your flowers prior to shipping so you will see them in all of their beauty prior to leaving our shop.
